Who we are
I'm Darren Roberts and at 42 years old I have over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Following a successful career in the armed forces I then qualified as a plasterer, this allowed me to develop a passion for construction whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail, this naturally led on to a career as a customer care manager with a large -scale local housing developer. Over the years I've been responsible for a wide array of 'snag' created by homeowners a professional snagging teams. All these experiences have allowed me to assist all homeowners in identifying snags and defects within the NHBC's guidelines and tolerances.
What we Offer
New builds do not necessarily mean flawlessness. The speed of modern-day construction is immensely fast and therefore defects, snags and human error is inevitable. My role is to assist the homeowner in identifying and documenting all defects both internally and externally. It is pivotal that these defects are not exaggerated and are achievable by the developer, this will only cause stress and worry for the home owner.
